Essentials, LLC Wins Highest Honors for Best Use of Technology in Business

(e3) Behavioral Profiling – Getting into the mind of the marketplace.

The Next Frontier for Business Turnaround.

April 13, 2009, Corrales, NM – The New Mexico Technology Council (NMTC), the State’s largest advocacy group for technology related business, announced Essentials LLC, (e3) behavioral profiling as one of this year’s best and most successful implementations of technology products and software produced by a New Mexico based company or organization.

Essentials LLC, in collaboration with technology partner Solution Works, developed the Essentials Employee Experience, or (e3), as a sophisticated, highly accurate web-based software used for marketing, hiring, and organizational development. The (e3) is valuable in that it measures over 35 distinct behavioral attributes at the core of the individuals being assessed.

“Essentials LLC is the first company in history to take a sophisticated psychometric system and overlay it into branding and marketing. We now have a scientific method to pinpoint the ‘Why behind the buy’”, explains Rick Breden, founder of Essentials, developer of the (e3) and recipient of the NMTC award.

ESSENTIALS LLC, (E3) OVERVIEW:

Marketing: Customer core motivators drive behavior. The (e3) is the only method that inexpensively, quickly and accurately captures core motivators and takes the guesswork out of market research allowing you to better target your marketing dollars.

Hiring: The (e3) technology helps businesses hire the kind of employees who are going to appeal to their customers.Companies can now apply this technology and quickly screen applicants efficiently, accurately and anywhere there in an online connection.

Organizational Development: Understanding corporate culture and brand. “Making sure the right people are in the rights positions, and developing high performance teams. It’s everything related to growing your employees and your team,” Breden explains.
