Thoughts on Interviewing Etiquette for Hiring Success

In my experience as an entrepreneur and HR professional, I have been surprised at the way that some job seekers will approach the interviewing process. For instance, I have seen some candidates show up for interviews dressed in torn jeans and rumpled shirts, or arrive 20 minutes late. They did not understand that first impressions are important and what tardiness now, says about the kind of employee you will be in the future.
